I must the proudest mum in the whole wide world! My baby girl who turns 20 weeks old today rewarded me with rolling over for the very first time! Boy, did she take her time, but the wait was most definitely worth it!
She rolled over from her back to her front then complained when her arm got stuck under her! It is absolutely hilarious and exhilarating watching her rolling around! She took some cajoling but she repeated it numerous time after that. I think she has mastered rolling from her back to her front as long as it is on soft surface because no amount of cajoling will get her to roll on the floor.
On a more sombre note, I must be extra careful when leaving Penny unattended especially as she can roll at will now. Mustn't let her fall off the couch again or I'll be the worst mummy ever!
Now, I can't help but wonder when she will roll from her front onto her back. Penny must have gotten it all mixed up as most babies roll from front to back around 4 months and from back to front around 6 months. Guess she is keeping up her rebellious nature. LOL.
